Booking and Site Visits

Site visits are arranged to assess your project and provide accurate recommendations and pricing. Booking a site visit does not create a contractual obligation.
We reserve the right to decline projects where the scope of work is unsuitable or outside of our service offering.

Project Agreements

All building work will be agreed in writing before commencement. This may include a detailed quotation, scope of works and agreed timelines.
Any changes to the agreed scope during the project may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined within your project agreement or quotation. This may include staged payments depending on the size and duration of the project.
Failure to make payments in accordance with agreed terms may result in delays or suspension of work.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Liability

LCT Builders Ltd will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by third parties or external factors
• Issues arising from pre-existing structural conditions

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it is unlawful to do so.

Guarantees and Workmanship

We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and aim to complete all work to a professional standard. Any guarantees will be outlined within your individual project agreement where applicable.

LCT Builders Ltd works with Phoenix Financial Consultants to offer finance options to eligible customers.
LCT Builders Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative (Financial Services Register No. 1052329) of Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited. Phoenix is a credit broker, not a lender.
Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 539195) and offers finance from its panel of lenders.
All finance is subject to status and credit checks, and approval is not guaranteed. Customers entering into finance agreements do so directly with the lender.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project or service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the stage of the project and any costs already incurred.
